I have managed many restaurants and was always praised on my ability to handle “upset” customers. At the end of the day it comes down to communication! Most complaints and issues are simple misunderstandings that can easily be worked out if tempers stay calm and each party wants to reach an amicable outcome! This is always my goal (in nearly every aspect of my life).
