Group passes start with a minimum group size of 5-10 group packs & include the full weekend, 4-day passes to the festival. These will go on sale when Early Bird sales begin.

If you need additional 4-day group passes or car passes please add them to your ticket order seperatly. 

-Car Camping* (first come first serve)
-All basic workshops, music sets, and vendors.

*You will be allotted a spot for your car and a spot for a 10X10 tent to set up beside your car. You can camp beside your vehicle or inside your vehicle in the designated car camping area.

-Luxury Glamping with beds***BEDS ON THE GROUND – CHOOSE VIP LUXURY GLAMPING IF YOU WANT BED FRAMES & ADDED FURNITURE
-All basic workshops, music sets, and vendors.

-PLEASE NOTE – Each person needs to buy a pass to the festival; add-ons do not include your pass

*Luxury Glamping gives you the option to stay in a beautifully decorated 5M Bell tent which offers single beds on the floor with pillows, linens, blankets, table, chair, lights, flash lights for each person, minimal decor, and chargeable stations during your stay at the festival. And even better you don’t have to set it up or take it down! Everything will be ready for you upon arrival on the grounds of the festival!

We are excited to offer these glamping tents by Wild Tribe Co. Wild Tribe Co. specializes in bringing the comforts of home to the outdoors! These glamping passes go very fast so if you have not reserved yours already here are the options!

-VIP camping* (Select Your Space with Fire Pit + Picnic Table – There are 12 reserved Group Camping Spots with these added Features)

-All basic workshops, music sets, and vendors.

*VIP Camping includes a 20×20 space for up to 4 people with 2  10X10 tent spaces closer to the stages and is in close proximity to showers and flushable toilets. You also have access to a fire pit with charcoal and wood-burning grills. If you plan to share this space with friends, they must be inside the 20X20 designated space. If your group is more than 4 people and want to reserve the VIP camping area, please select two VIP passes. Learn more about these VIP Camping Spaces HERE.

In 2025, due to our limited ability to monitor day passes and staff the gate for these passes, we will not be offering day passes unless you are a guest of someone who is part of our Loyalty Membership Program or you have been with us before. Please email [email protected] with questions. Or if you want to learn more about our Loyalty Membership. Day passes will be available to those who are a part of this program and/or you must have an invite from someone who already has their ticket.

*RV Camping includes one RV or teardrop space in close proximity to bathrooms, showers and all the action. RV spaces do not include hook-ups to utilities. You may use a generator, however we have quite hours between 2-7am. If you have additional guests (more than 1 person in your RV or pup, you can add additional guests separatly)

-VIP Luxury Glamping with bed(s)***THESE INCLUDE BED FRAMES + ADDED FURNITURE
-All basic workshops, music sets, and vendors.

*VIP Luxury Glamping gives you the option to stay in a beautifully cozy 5M Bell tent with furniture, raised beds (King or 2 Twins) pillows, linens, blankets, table, chair, lights, flash lights for each person, abundant decor, and chargeable stations to help make you your stay at the festival the most comfy. It’s the perfect aesthetic for relaxing and enjoying the festival and even better you don’t have to set up or take it down! Everything will be ready for you upon arrival on the grounds of the festival!

We’re back for our 12th year June 5th-8th, 2024! Join us for a weekend filled with music, healing workshops & enjoy the beauty of our 55 acre grounds with Lake & Pond! We have over 60 scheduled workshops & music sets that’s guaranteed to delight your senses and we bet you’ll discover something new that will transform & soothe your soul. Year 12 will be jam packed with new & returning artists, with a few big surprises that will create THE FLOW-Y-EST JAM YET! If you thought year 11 was incredible, wait till you see what we have in store for year 12!

What is Flowjam?

FlowJam is Virginia’s first 4 Day // 3 Night Healing Arts Festival, Founded in 2014 with over 60 scheduled workshops & musical acts across 2 stages & 5 in-door and outdoor workshop spaces. We also have a Lake, zip line, ropes course & climbing wall for those who want to test their skills! We offer both RV, Luxury and VIP Luxury done-for-you Glamping set-ups, as well as regular BYO Tent camping with car-camping options for the weekend. The musical genres you can expect to hear from FlowJam are, Jam bands (they bring the JAM to our FLOW), Bluegrass, Reggae, Psychedelic Funk, Classic Americana, Hip-hop, and Deep House DJs.
Our Musical Vibes are infused with the Healing Arts encompassing yoga and transformational workshops like Ice BathsCacao CeremoniesEcstatic and Improv dancenutrition educationparenting education with a sprinkle of art installationsfire spinners, and over 25 unique vendors selling their food, goods & services throughout the 4 days on our 55 acre grounds.

The Heart Beat of the Blue Ridge runs through these wise mountains and into the talent and attendees we bring together to make a lasting impact on everyone who plays in this space.

***PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT – NO refunds will be provided for any reason for tickets. In the event of an emergency resulting in your absence, you can transfer your tickets to owner/buyer @ the Gate/prior to the festival. If you can not sell your tickets, your 2024 TICKETS ARE VALID FOR UP TO 1 YEAR. You must e-mail us within 30 days of the event ending to be eligible for transferring your ticket to 2025. Please keep the ticket QR code and the number, name, and e-mail of original purchaser so that we can check you in accordingly.

Once purchased, your tickets will be emailed to the email address you used during checkout. If for some reason you do not receive your tickets by e-mail, please send us an email here.

No. General weekend car parking is NOT included in your Pre-Sale 4 day pass. You will need to add a weekend Day Parking Pass for $30 for your 3-4 day weekend in addition to your ticket if you plan to park your car for the weekend at the venue. These will also be available at the gate while supplies last.

FlowJam is a family affair, children 12 & under are FREE, please indicate you will be bringing a child with you that is in this age range when you purchase your ticket. You can also purchase Youth Passes for your youth aged 13-19 at a reduced rate for $80 for the weekend.

Great question! We will be slow releasing our lineup starting in December 2025 and as acts our added, they will be posted on our lineup page. The schedule will be released by May 1st, 2025 and a hard copy will be available at our information center at FlowJam outside the Eagles Nest Conference center. We will also have it posted throughout the common areas at the festival site. We recommend you print a copy to bring with you if you do not want to use your phone during the weekend. You will receive a QR code with your Parking Pass that will have the full schedule and detailed workshop descriptions upon checking in.

Yay, you made it to our gate! Here you’ll be welcomed by our warm and friendly staff. You’ll show your ticket and ID as well as any additional passes you may have purchased. You will be given a color coordinated wrist band depending on your pass, along with a car pass or car-camping pass if purchased. You’ll then drive a short distance to the car parking area and you’ll be able to bring your things to a nearby “gear drop off” and our team will assist you to bring your things to your campsite so that you do not have to carry your camping gear. If parking in RV you’ll check-in and drive to your nearby RV spot. These are first come first served. If camping, you’ll either camp near your car in our limited space for car camping (we sell out every year, so be sure to buy early!), or you’ll camp at one of our designated spots around our 55 acre property. For the 2025 FlowJam Festival we will be allocating VIP camping spots and reserved spots ahead of time, so be sure to stay tuned if you want one of our prime locations. All VIP Camping spots include a Fire pit, cooking grate & picnic table and includes a 20X20 space. You and up to 3 of your friends can utilize this upgrade! 

Good question! If you’re camping anywhere except car camping where you’ll have your stuff right there, you will drop your gear at Verdun’s tractor stop and you will get escorted by tractor with your things to where you want to camp. A good thing to do if you’re new in 2025, is park then scope out the area to see where you want to set up that isn’t a reserved or VIP camping space. If you did purchase a prime location to camp, that will be marked on our map and you will have info about that upon your arrival. 

Once that part of the process is completed, you’ll be able to attend any of the 35+ workshops that will be slotted on the schedule over the weekend, as well as visit over 20+ unique vendors who you won’t find anywhere else all in one location. There are 4 covered workshop spaces where classes will be hosted, along with 1 fully outdoor space in the middle of a pine forest with a huge raised fire pit circle for ceremonies. There will also be 2 stages (our Main Stage & Pond Stage) throughout the weekend offering music. 

Yes! We will have a variety of food vendors both Vegetarian, Vegan and Meat food vendor options open daily.  You are welcome to pack a cooler – there is also a 7-11 and Wal-Mart and Starbucks within 15-20 min of the venue. Ice and fire wood will be sold on site by the venue.

Early Bird Sales END March 1st, or when Sold Out. Whichever comes first. Our newsletter subscribers are notified first when tickets become available and if any codes are offered for special deals and steals.
