There are no refunds for any reason on ticket sales. This is a Rain or Shine event, all sales are final.
Missing Tickets
Please ensure you check your spam folder for your tickets. Once purchased you will receive a notification from our ticketing software. You can reach out to us on Eventney if you can’t find your ticket.
Sale items
All tickets are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or discounts etc.
Exchanges
We do not offer Exchanges on tickets. All sales are final.
Gifts
You may purchase a Ticket as a gift and put their name on the ticket so that we know who to check-in at the event.
Shipping returns
We do not ship tickets. All sales are digital and final upon your purchase of the ticket.
