Natasha Romano teaches locally and internationally, spreading peace, love, and well being through unique, personalized and forward thinking yoga experiences. Trained in a variety of styles of yoga, including Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage, Kids Yoga and Yoga Therapeutics, Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga, and Aerial Yoga. Natasha infuses her knowledge in her classes and makes you feel the class is just for you! In 2004, she created Warrior One Yoga Experiences.
WARRIOR for awakening the peaceful warrior within; ONE for connecting with higher self, community and planet; YOGA for using ancient and timeless authentic practice of yoga as tools for life; and EXPERIENCES offering a variety of evolving, creative and transformative experiences in beautiful places. Natasha specializes in offering a personalized experience in creative and unique venues. In 2020 after the Covid shut down, Natasha closed her beloved home studio of more than 15 years and reinvented creating a studio without walls. Inspired by Mother Nature, “Yoga in Beautiful Places” was born.
Partnering with local establishments and beautiful venues to create one of a kind experiences! Some of these beautiful places have included Windridge Winery, Kharis Lavender Fields, BlackRock Center for the Arts, and Bretton Woods International Pavilion. Teaching in beautiful places has taken Natasha and her students all over the world! Teaching at a wide variety of Caribbean Resorts, including Dominican Republic, Jamaica and her favorite in Riviera Maya~ Palmaia, House of Aia. When not teaching, Natasha enjoys her family, nature, travel and the great outdoors!

Stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) is a fun and relaxing way to be out on the water! Get a great workout that builds core strength and balance or just chill and relax.SUP yoga improves your posture, strengthens your core and challenges your balance all while rejuvenating your spirit! Imagine the sun on your face, the kiss of the air on your skin, and the sounds of nature as you breathe and move through poses designed for a paddleboard. End with the best relaxation you’ve ever had as you float on the board, fingers dipping into the cool water beneath you.
This experience is open to all levels, whether you are new to paddling, fitness, yoga or all of the above. Taught by Natasha Romano, Experienced Yoga Instructor and ACA Certified in Level 1 and 2 Stand Up Paddle boarding.
