We are a Cajun Food Truck. We specialize in Louisiana Comfort food. We are able to tweak our menu to offer a mix of healthy and comfort. Our Cajun Red Beans and Rice can be made vegan/ vegetarian. We offer Poboy sandwiches, Cajun pulled beef or pork sandwiches, Cajun boiled peanuts, fruit topped waffled for dessert or breakfast. Cajun pasta!
