Honey Moon (Body & Spirit)

I am a passionate Spiritual and Self-Care Coach dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey to inner peace, connection, and alignment with nature. Through creative and grounding workshops, I help participants discover joy, mindfulness, and the beauty of being present in the moment. My journey began in 2018 when I found solace in mindfulness practices and a deep connection with the natural world to help with my mental health of PTSD/Dissociation.

This path inspired me to create unique self-care experiences that incorporate elemental techniques such as fire, water, earth, and air meditations, fostering a profound sense of balance in mind, body, and spirit. As a facilitator, I offer engaging workshops that merge mindfulness with creativity and play. From Bubble Meditation, where participants release their thoughts with each bubble they blow, to Nature Walks and Forest Bathing, which deepen their connection with the earth, my offerings are designed to inspire reflection, self-compassion, and renewal. I also blend art and spirituality through Creative Art Therapy, encouraging participants to express their emotional flow..
