Started as a food truck slinging grilled cheese on the streets of Washington DC in 2010. Did our first music festival in 2011 and have been going strong since then. We strive for positive vibes.
We now operate 2 different concepts. The Big Cheese serves gourmet grilled cheese and Rainbowl serves vegan grain bowls. The Big cheese can operate from a food truck or tent set up and Rainbowl is a tent only operation.
