As a yoga therapist, I aim to help you better understand the connection between your body, mind, and spirit and empower you to improve your wellness.
I serve adolescents and adults experiencing various psychological and physical conditions, including trauma, depression, chronic pain, surgery recovery, and more.
My practice is evidence-based and rooted in scientific research, anatomy, biology, and yoga philosophy. I also have survived my own struggle with depression, trauma, and injuries, which have helped me to understand and trust my body, mind, and spirit. Through this, I have learned to listen to my body’s needs to remain healthy and happy and have a desire to teach others as well.

As a yoga therapist (MS YT, C-IAYT) and a respiratory therapist with years of expertise, I am excited to offer a truly unique and transformative experience at flow jam. My immersive yoga therapy class, “Breath of Tranquility”; is meticulously designed to instill calmness, alleviate stress, and reduce anxiety, providing attendees with a holistic approach to well-being.
In this one-of-a-kind class, participants will embark on a journey that integrates the profound knowledge of yoga therapy with the practical insights of respiratory therapy. The focus will be
on harnessing the power of breath, meditation, and intentional movement to enhance inner resources and cultivate resilience in the face of life’s challenges. Guided by my extensive experience in respiratory therapy, participants will learn specialized breathwork techniques tailored to optimize respiratory function and promote a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. The synergy of breath with purposeful movement will create a harmonious flow, encouraging a mind-body connection that fosters a deep sense of tranquility.
Meditation will be woven seamlessly into the class, offering participants a space to quiet the mind and explore the richness of the present moment. The integration of evidence-based practices from both yoga therapy and respiratory therapy ensures a comprehensive approach to stress reduction and anxiety management.
