Join us for a weekend you'll never forget June 6th-9th, 2024, our 11th ANNUAL YEAR in production! YEAR 11 is going to be jam packed with surprises to create THE FLOW-Y-EST JAM YET!!!! If you thought year 10 was incredible, wait till you see what we have in store this year!

WHAT IS FLOWJAM?

FlowJam is Virginia's first 4 Day // 3 Night Healing Arts Festival, Founded in 2014 

We offer both RV, Luxury and VIP Luxury done-for-you Glamping set-ups, as well as regular tent camping with car-camping options for the weekend.


We share the Heart Beat of the Blue Ridge as it pulsates from these wise mountains and into the talent we bring together. The musical genres you can expect to hear from FlowJam are, Jam bands (they bring the JAM to our FLOW), Bluegrass, Reggae, Psychedelic Funk, Classic Americana, Hip-hop, and Deep House DJs.

These musical vibes are infused with the Healing Arts to encompass yoga and transformational workshops like Ice Baths, Cacao Ceremonies, ecstatic and improv dance, nutrition education, parenting education with a sprinkle of art installations, fire spinners, and over 20+ vendors selling their goods & services placed throughout the 55 acre grounds.

Basic Access

*You will be allotted a spot for your car and a spot for a 10X10 tent to set up beside your car. You can camp beside your vehicle or inside your vehicle in the designated car camping area.

Day passes are available Friday-Sunday and allow you to enjoy the classes, workshops, vendors and the music throughout the day and evening. This ticket is not for you if you plan to spend the night, or want to leave after midnight. Please purchase the overnight pass if you plan to stay overnight. **No camping with this ticket**


Please note:: If you plan to drive a vehicle and park at the event, you will need to purchase the daily parking pass for $10 online or at the gate while supplies last. 

Music ONLY Passes

MUSIC ONLY Evening Passes (Thurs-Sat)

Music Only Evening Passes 

Can't make it all day but still want to be a part of the action & fun? Join us for the evening Thursday-Saturday for our Music Only access pass. You will still have access to all of the amenities on the grounds, including the vendors who stay open late night, but will not be able to join in on any classes or workshops. Buy this pass only if you can't make it before 6pm Thursday-Saturday and are ready to dance to our talented musicians taking the stage 6pm-midnight. **No camping with this ticket**

Please note:: If you plan to drive a vehicle and park at the event, you will need to purchase the daily parking pass for $10 online or at the gate while supplies last. 

VIP Camping Add-on

-VIP camping* (Select Your Space)
-All basic workshops, music sets, and vendors.

*VIP Camping includes one tent tag for a reserved 10X10 tent space closer to the action and is in close proximity to showers and flushable toilets. You also have access to a fire pit with charcoal and wood-burning grills. If you plan to share this space with friends, they must be inside your tent. Otherwise each person with a separate tent must select this option.  

RV Parking Add-on

-RV camping* (Select Your Space)
-All basic workshops, music sets, and vendors.

*RV Camping includes one RV or teardrop space in close proximity to bathrooms, showers and all the action. RV spaces do not include hook-ups to utilities. You may use a generator. If you have additional guests (more than 1 person in your RV or pup, you can add additional guests with a basic 4 day ticket)

Luxury Glamping Add-Ons

-Luxury Glamping with beds*
-All basic workshops, music sets, and vendors.

*Luxury Glamping gives you the option to stay in a beautifully decorated 5M Bell tent which offers single beds on the floor with pillows, linens, blankets, table, chair, lights, flash lights for each person, minimal decor, and chargeable stations during your stay at the festival. And even better you don’t have to set it up or take it down! Everything will be ready for you upon arrival on the grounds of the festival!

We are excited to offer these glamping tents by Wild Tribe Co. Wild Tribe Co. specializes in bringing the comforts of home to the outdoors! These glamping passes go very fast so if you have not reserved yours already here are the options!

VIP Luxury Glamping Add-Ons

*VIP Luxury Glamping gives you the option to stay in a beautifully cozy 5M Bell tent with furniture, raised beds (King or 2 Twins) pillows, linens, blankets, table, chair, lights, flash lights for each person, abundant decor, and chargeable stations to help make you your stay at the festival the most comfy.  It’s the perfect aesthetic for relaxing and enjoying the festival and even better you don’t have to set up or take it down! Everything will be ready for you upon arrival on the grounds of the festival!

Group Access

Group passes start with a minimum group size of 12, each pass is for basic camping access and 12 4-day passes to the festival. One car pass is also included.

2024 WILL BE OUR 11th ANNUAL YEAR IN OPERATION! AND WE ARE DOING SOMETHING SUPER SPECIAL,  we are bringing back FAM you may have not seen since our early years, and new special guests from across the world to make YEAR 11 THE BIGGEST JAM YET!!!!

WHO ARE WE?

We are Virginia’s first 4 Day // 3 Night Healing Arts Festival with both RV, luxury and VIP luxury done-for-you Glamping set-ups, as well as regular tent camping with car-camping options for the weekend.

We spread the Heart Beat of the Blue Ridge as it pulsates from these wise mountains and into the talent we bring together. The musical genres you can expect to hear from FlowJam are, Jam bands (they bring the JAM to our FLOW), Bluegrass, Reggae, Psychedelic Funk, Classic Americana, Hip-hop, and Deep House DJs. We even mix it up with a few worldly acts from various artists who originate from all regions of the world including Colombia, Mexico, East Africa, and Asia. Over the weekend we have approx. 12-15 music acts on the main stage, and10-15 on the Pond stage. We infuse these musical vibes with  <img class="emoji" role="img" draggable="false" src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/svg/1f3b6.svg" alt="🎶” /> yoga and healing workshops like Cacao Ceremonies, ecstatic and improv dance, art installations, fire spinners, and bonfires <img class="emoji" role="img" draggable="false" src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/svg/1f525.svg" alt="🔥” /> There are more than 35 classes and workshops on our schedule throughout the weekend you will have access to with the purchase of your ticket. There is also a swimming pond with Kayaks & paddle boarding. We also collaborate with theme camps who help bring a unique flavor to our event and help us bridge the gaps of the Yoga, Music, and Burning Man events into ONE and create a melting pot of well-intentioned and connected people together to ‘vibe up’ our local region.

Founded in 2014 by Meredith Walsh, FlowJam began as a fundraiser for the Ikirwa School in Tanzania, Africa, and we continue to strive to give back to both local and global causes that touch our hearts each year.

How do I receive my tickets

Once purchased, your tickets will be emailed to the email address you used during checkout. If for some reason you do not receive your tickets by e-mail, please send us an email here.

 

Are car parking passes included in the purchase of my pre-sale ticket? 

No. General weekend car parking is NOT included in your Pre-Sale 4 day pass. You will need to add a 4/3 Day Parking Pass for $20 for the weekend in addition to your ticket if you plan to park your car for the weekend at the venue. If you need more than 1 car pass, you can purchase up to two with your ticket. These will also be available at the gate while supplies last. 

Can I purchase Pre-Sale tickets now for my kids, too? 

FlowJam is a family affair, children 12 & under are FREE, please indicate you will be bringing a child with you that is in this age range when you purchase your ticket. You can also purchase Youth Passes for your youth aged 13-19 at a reduced rate. 

When do applications for talent, vendors, and healers open? Are there other ways to get involved?

When will I know about the 2024 lineup and schedule?

Great question! We will be slow releasing our lineup starting in December 2023 and as acts our added, they will be posted on our lineup page. The schedule will be released by May 1st, 2024 and a hard copy will be available at our information center at FlowJam outside the Eagles Nest Conference center. We will also have it posted throughout the common areas at the festival site. We recommend you print a copy to bring with you if you do not want to use your phone during the weekend. You will receive a QR code with your Car Pass that will have the full schedule and detailed workshop descriptions upon checking in. 

What happens when I get to the Gate at FlowJam 2024? 

Yay, you made it to our gate! Here you'll be welcomed by our warm and friendly staff. You'll show your ticket and ID as well as any additional passes you may have purchased. You will be given a color coordinated wrist band depending on your pass, along with a car pass or car-camping pass if purchased. You'll then drive a short distance to the car parking area and you’ll be able to bring your things to a nearby “gear drop off” and our team will assist you to bring your things to your campsite. If parking in RV you’ll check-in and drive to your nearby RV spot. These are first come first served. If camping, you'll either camp near your car in our limited space for car camping, or you'll camp at one of our designated spots around our 55 acre property. For the 2023 FlowJam Festival we will be allocating VIP camping spots and reserved spots ahead of time, so be sure to stay tuned if you want one of our prime locations.

What happens after I set up my camp/drop my stuff? 

Good question! If you're camping anywhere except car camping where you'll have your stuff right there, you will drop your gear at Verdun's tractor stop and you will get escorted by tractor with your things to where you want to camp. A good thing to do if you're new in 2024, is park then scope out the area to see where you want to set up that isn't a reserved or VIP camping space. If you did purchase a prime location to camp, that will be marked on our map and you will have info about that upon your arrival. 

Once that part of the process is completed, you'll be able to attend any of the 35+ workshops that will be slotted on the schedule over the weekend, as well as visit over 20+ unique vendors who you won't find anywhere else all in one location. There are 4 covered workshop spaces where classes will be hosted, along with 1 fully outdoor space in the middle of a pine forest with a huge raised fire pit circle for ceremonies. There will also be 2 stages (our Main Stage & Pond Stage) throughout the weekend offering music. 

Will I be able to purchase food at the event? 

Yes! We have both Vegan and Non-Vegan food vendor options open dailly and you are welcome to pack a cooler - there is also a 7-11 and Wal-Mart nearby within 15-20 min of the venue. Ice will be sold on site by the venue.

When do Pre-Sales end? Will this price be offered again?

Pre-Sales END December 18th, or when Sold Out. Whichever comes first. Our newsletter subscribers are notified first when tickets become available and if any codes are offered for special deals and steals.

Do you offer refunds?
