Lexi (they/them), aka The Cycle Witch, coaches entrepreneurs, businesses, instructors and healers to dismantle patriarchal influences from their practices by embodying Cyclical Arts — a devotion to lunar, menstrual and hormonal cycle education. They facilitate spaces for queer and neurodivergent leaders to step into their full creative potential using this wisdom, and founded CUNTOPIA, a movement to bring womb worship and cyclical embodiment back to our spiritual, living, movement and business practices.
Lexi has spent 28 years studying and teaching the body, mind and spirit through performative and somatic dance practices with master teachers — including Alexander Technique, Bartenieff, Laban Movement Analysis, Feldenkrais, AFCMD, Gaga technique, Limon, Horton, Graham, Humphrey, Contemporary Dance, Floorwork, Improvisation, and Contact Improvisation. They have also spent 15 years researching, teaching and studying healing methods including Menstrual Cycle Awareness, CBT, EMDR, Pranayama, Kundalini, Nutrition, Yoga, Ayurveda, TCM, Celtic witchcraft, folk medicine, holistic nutrition, and more.
They use years of experience as a healer, practicing witch, and neurodivergent + genderqueer thriving survivor of PTSD to offer a trans, queer-inclusive and intersectional perspective on menstruality and spirituality that's accessible, grounded, and rooted in evidence-based methods, science and anthropology. Lexi holds a B.A. with Honors in Dance, a B.A. in Theatre, and a Certification in Arts Management from Hollins University, a Technical Aptitude Certification in Dance/Somatics from The Paris Opera, and is a 200hr Certified Yoga Instructor through The Mindfulness Center.
