Diva Parekh

Diva is an Odissi dancer, Ayurvedic practitioner, and yoga teacher devoted to the living wisdom of the Vedic arts. She began her training in Odissi at the age of five under the tutelage of Guru Dr. Chitra Krishnamurti, sparking a lifelong dedication to the sacred traditions of her Indian heritage.

She spent many of her early years performing Odissi all over the DC area including the Kennedy Center and Catholic University.

Her path weaves together the grace and storytelling of Indian classical dance, Ayurvedic wisdom, yogic philosophy, and the expressive power of sensuality into a rooted practice of devotion and liberation.
